As of September 2026, I am Research Director of the 'Programme on Alternatives to Capitalism', as well as a Research Fellow in the Department of Economics, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). I am also a Research Affiliate in the research project ‘Contours of a Non-Oligarchic Democratic Future’. Before this, I was a Fellow in Political Theory (2025-2025) in the Department of Government and a Guest Teacher in the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method (2024-2025), where I conducted research and taught several courses on philosophy and public policy. I was awarded my PhD from the Department of Government in 2024.
My main research interests are in normative political theory, moral philosophy, democratic theory, the history of socialist political thought (especially that of Austro-Marxism and Analytical Marxism), and theories of economic justice. More particularly, my core theoretical aim is to vindicate the normative credentials of democratic socialism, bring back critical class analysis to questions of institutional design, and defend the imperative to empower workers through formal institutions against oligarchic rule.
